What we store

Your account (email and sign-in provider), profile (name, username, bio, photo), timezone, approximate country (two letters, taken from your connection when you sign up; we do not keep your IP address) and settings.
Your practices, the people you add, check-ins (quality, duration, energy, notes), weekly commitments and reviews.
Shares you publish (text, tags, images), comments, reactions, follows and reports.
Feedback you send and answers to our two short surveys. Only the person building 3 commits can read them.

Private by default. Each pillar of your commit graph is visible only to you until you choose Close friends or Public.
Your people list, check-in notes and weekly reviews are never shown to anyone else.
Shares and comments are public. Tagging someone (@name) sends them a notification, and only people you follow or who follow you can be tagged. Images are resized on your device and location data (EXIF) is removed before upload.

We don't sell data, run ads, or use third-party trackers. Product numbers (for example how many people checked in this week) are counted in our own database and shown only as totals to the admin.
Push reminders are sent only if you turn them on, at most once a day.

Supabase stores your account, logs and images. Vercel serves the site and counts page views without cookies or personal identifiers. If you sign in with Google, Google confirms who you are and shares your name and email with us.
That's the full list. Nothing is sent to advertisers or data brokers.

A few essential cookies keep you signed in. Your browser also remembers a few preferences, like your theme and which tips you've dismissed.
There are no advertising or tracking cookies, so there's no cookie banner to click through.

These apply to everyone, wherever you live.
See and edit what we hold in the app. Download a copy any time from Settings → Account → Your data.
Delete your account from Settings → Account: all your data and uploaded images are removed permanently.
Edit or archive anything from Settings. Delete a share at any time. Mute or block anyone from the ••• menu: both are private, and the other person is never told.
